Privacy Policy

TaxNero is an early-stage, pilot-validation product. This policy covers the website you're on now: the readiness check, the pilot waitlist form and this site's admin panel. It does not cover any future product features not yet built.

• Readiness check answers. The three questions you answer run in your browser. We may log an anonymous record of your market, business type, invoicing system, score and status for product analytics — this record is not linked to your identity unless you separately submit the pilot waitlist form.
• Pilot waitlist requests. If you request pilot access, we store your full name, work email, company name, role, primary market, invoicing system, any optional message you write, and whether you consented to be contacted.
• No invoice data. This site does not accept invoice uploads and does not process real invoice or customer data.

We use pilot waitlist data to evaluate and follow up on pilot requests by email, and to understand demand by market and business type. We use anonymous readiness check logs to improve the questions, scoring and recommendations. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to operating and improving TaxNero.

Data is stored in a Supabase (PostgreSQL) database with row-level security: visitors can submit a waitlist request or log a readiness check, but only authenticated administrators can read, export or edit stored leads and content.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the data we hold about you. Support inbox launching soon — use the pilot waitlist form to reach us. Because this is a small pilot-stage product, requests are handled manually and we'll confirm once completed.
